Securing entrances to empty offices, shops and industrial units between tenancies, to help deter break-ins and squatting.
Repossessed Buildings
Replacing damaged or compromised doors after an eviction or repossession, so the building can be kept secure.
After a Break-In
A stronger replacement where an existing door has been forced, damaged or is no longer fit to secure the property.
Rear & Service Doors
Back doors, plant rooms, stores and service entrances that are out of sight and more likely to be targeted.
Points to Consider Before Ordering
A few things worth checking so the doors can be fitted without issues.
Doors should only be fitted to a property you own or are authorised to secure.
If the doorway is a fire exit, check the replacement still meets your fire safety and escape requirements.
Decide in advance who needs keys, such as staff, agents or contractors, so access is sorted from day one.
The condition and size of the existing opening affects what can be fitted, so photos help us quote accurately.

Common Questions
Can’t see your question here? Give us a call on 0800 193 0611 and we’ll be happy to help.
How quickly can a door be fitted?
This depends on your location, the door size and our partner’s availability at the time. We’ll confirm a fitting date with you when we send the quote.
Can our staff still get in?
Yes. The doors are keyed, and keys are handed to you or whoever you nominate, such as staff, agents or contractors who need access.
Can I hire a steel door instead?
No. Our steel doors are purchased outright, so the door is yours to keep with no ongoing hire charges.
Can a steel door be fitted to any doorway?
Most standard openings are suitable, but the size and condition of the existing frame make a difference. Photos of the door and frame help us give you an accurate quote.
Can a steel door go on a fire exit?
Let us know if the doorway is a fire exit when you enquire. Any replacement needs to meet your fire safety and escape requirements, so it’s worth checking with whoever carries out your fire risk assessment.
Will a steel door secure the whole building?
A steel door secures that doorway, but windows and other openings may also need protecting. Our steel security shuttering can cover those, and we can quote for both together.
Do you cover my area?
Send us the property postcode and we’ll check availability for your location.
What information do you need for a quote?
The property postcode, how many doors need replacing, photos of the doors and frames, whether any are fire exits, and any access restrictions on site.
