KSP didn't start as a facilities company. It grew out of years spent protecting property, and from listening to what our clients needed next.
Our clients didn't want five different suppliers for one empty building. They wanted one team they could trust to sort the whole thing out.

Our story starts in security. For more than 20 years our people have provided guarding, alarm response and K9 dog units across Northamptonshire and beyond, now through our sister companies KSP Security Group and K9 Security Protection.
More Than Security
Protecting empty buildings and sites meant we kept seeing the same problems: unwanted occupants, dumped waste, broken doors, lost keys and properties left in no state to relet. Clients asked if we could sort those out too.
KSP Contracting Services
Rather than send clients off to find more suppliers, we built KSP Contracting Services to bring those jobs under one roof, with cleaning, clearance, evictions, physical security and more managed by one accountable team.

From our Northampton base and our 24/7 control room we coordinate nine specialist services for landlords, managing agents, developers and businesses, whether a client needs one service or all of them.
