Common Questions
Can’t see your question here? Give us a call on 0800 193 0611 and we’ll be happy to help.
Who provides the security officers and dogs?
Our sister companies. KSP Security Group provides security officers and alarm response, and K9 Security Protection provides security dogs and handlers.
Are your officers and handlers licensed?
Yes. Our security officers and dog handlers hold SIA licences.
Can I book through KSP Contracting Services?
Yes. You can book with us, especially if you also need other services like steel doors, shuttering or site clearance, or go directly to either security company through their websites.
How does alarm response work?
When your alarm is triggered, an officer attends to check the premises instead of you or your staff having to go out. We’ll explain the details for your site when we quote.
Can I combine guards and dogs?
Yes. Many sites use officers for access control during the day and dog patrols out of hours. We’ll recommend a mix that suits your site.
Can security work alongside CCTV?
Yes. Guarding and dog units can be combined with our solar CCTV towers, so the site is watched remotely and there’s a team to attend when needed.
Do you cover my area?
Send us the site postcode and we’ll check availability for your location.
What information do you need for a quote?
The site postcode, the type of site, the hours you need covering, and whether you’re looking for officers, dogs, alarm response or a combination.
