CCTV use comes with data protection responsibilities, such as warning signs and avoiding filming neighbouring property.
The delivery vehicle needs reasonable access and firm, level ground where the tower will stand.
Solar towers work best in open positions, away from heavy shade from buildings or trees.

Does the tower need a power supply?
No. The towers are solar powered with battery storage, so they can be placed on sites with no mains electricity.
Does it work in winter or bad weather?
The batteries store power for darker days and overnight. Performance does depend on the time of year and the position of the tower, so we’ll consider this when planning where it goes.
Who monitors the cameras?
The tower is monitored remotely for the length of the hire. We’ll explain how monitoring works for your site, and what happens if activity is spotted, when we quote.
How long can I hire a tower for?
The hire period is agreed with you when you book, and it can be extended if you need the tower for longer.
How quickly can a tower be delivered?
This depends on your location and tower availability at the time. We’ll confirm a delivery date when we send the quote.
Can I buy a tower instead of hiring?
Our CCTV towers are available on hire only, which means maintenance and collection are handled by us.
Can you provide a response if someone is seen on site?
A tower can be combined with our guarding, alarm response and K9 units, so there’s someone to attend if needed. Ask us about this when you enquire.
